中国知识管理现状分析

【摘要】：在知识社会中,当知识管理被看成是一个公司、一个行业,甚至是一个国家生存和发展的决定因素时,知识管理越来越受人关注。有关知识管理的理论和技术在各个领域都得到了很大的发展,这一方面极大的丰富了知识管理的内涵,使得知识管理具有多面性,但另一方面又使的知识管理变的更复杂和难以理解。本文针对我国各行业研究和实施知识管理项目失败多于成功这一现状,着重从四个方面分析了产生这种现状的根本原因,并在此基础上提出了基于双重知识转化理论模型的知识管理系统的技术方案,为制造型企业和知识型企业的知识管理研究者和实践者提供了一种新思路。
[Abstract]:In the knowledge society, when knowledge management is viewed as a company, an industry, or even a country's survival and development factors, knowledge management has attracted more and more attention. The theory and technology of knowledge management has a great development in various fields, which enriches the connotation of knowledge management, the knowledge management is multi-faceted, but on the other hand, the knowledge management becomes more complex and difficult to understand. This paper aims at the research of various industries in China and the implementation of knowledge management project more failures than successes of this situation, mainly from four aspects analyzes the reasons for this situation, and then based on the proposed technical scheme of knowledge management system model based on dual knowledge transformation theory, provides a new way of thinking for manufacturing enterprises and the research of knowledge management in knowledge intensive enterprises and practitioners.
