论管理者系统理念

【摘要】:为顺应历史演化、时代变迁和社会发展 ,管理者需要构建一种全新的系统理念。这种理念主要包括 :1.开放性思维方式。管理者既应有效保持管理系统与环境的相互联系、相互交流和相互协调 ,将环境中新生的、有价值的、实用的知识与信息及时输入自己的思维空间 ,使思维活动始终具有流畅性、有序性和适时性 ;又须有效保持管理系统内部各子系统间的相互联系、相互沟通和相互作用。 2 .非线性思维方式。管理者要将与其管理系统相关的动态知识与信息进行多种多样的组合 ,形成向四面八方辐射的思维张力 ,从而构造并繁衍出多种可行性设想与方案 ,使自己的思维更为深刻全面 ,更为符合极其复杂的管理活动。 3.非平衡性思维方式。管理
[Abstract]:In order to adapt to the evolution of history, the change of times and the development of society, managers need to construct a new system concept, which includes: 1. It is also necessary to effectively maintain the interconnectedness, communication and interaction among the subsystems within the management system. 2. Nonlinear thinking. Managers have to combine the dynamic knowledge and information related to their management systems in a variety of ways. Forming the thinking tension that radiates in all directions, thus constructing and multiplying a variety of feasible ideas and schemes, making one's own thinking more profound and comprehensive, more in line with extremely complex management activities. 3. Unbalanced thinking mode.
