【摘要】：分析了委托代理关系中企业经理产生道德风险和所有者监督道德风险的临界行为 ,提出经理的临界背德收益、背德空间和所有者防范道德风险的临界监督成本及监督空间概念 ,为研究经理的背德行为模式和有效制定道德风险的防范措施提供理论依据 .
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the critical behavior of moral hazard produced by enterprise manager and the moral hazard supervised by owner in principal-agent relationship, and puts forward the critical bad moral return of manager. The concept of critical supervision cost and supervision space for moral hazard prevention by moral space and owner provides a theoretical basis for the study of managers' behavior mode of moral hazard and the effective formulation of preventive measures against moral hazard.
