中国管理理论的最大特色——凝聚力

【摘要】：正当今世界已进入信息经济、知识经济时代,以信息技术、知识产业为主要标志的科技革命给当今社会的经济发展、社会生活、价值观念、领导方式和管理模式都带来了深刻影响和巨大挑战。而我国的情况与发达国家不同。无论是社会性质、意识形态、文化观念,还是要素禀赋、经济状况、福利水平,都存在根本的不同和差异。我们不能完全照搬西方管理理论,对于西方管理学中的合理内核,对发展我国经济有用的东西我们一定要吸收利用。中国的管理理论要体现特色、深解民情、与时俱进、开拓创新、提升竞争力,这就是建立以凝聚力为特色的中国管理理论。
[Abstract]:Now that the world has entered the era of information economy and knowledge economy, the scientific and technological revolution marked by information technology and knowledge industry has given economic development, social life, and values to today's society. Leadership and management have brought profound impact and great challenges. China's situation is different from that of developed countries. Whether it is social nature, ideology, cultural concept, or factor endowment, economic situation, welfare level, there are fundamental differences and differences. We can't copy the western management theory completely. We must absorb and utilize what is useful for the development of our economy and the rational core of western management. The management theory of China should embody its characteristics, deeply understand the people's feelings, keep pace with the times, open up innovation and enhance its competitiveness, which is to establish the Chinese management theory characterized by cohesion.
