浅谈风险投资的管理咨询力度与投资组合规模

【摘要】：为企业提供咨询,虽然能快速帮助企业成长起来,但同时也是一项消耗资源的活动,需要为企业提供专业的人才和时间,这就产生了运行成本。如何在这个成本与收益之间形成均衡,是最重要的工作。而本文认为,以风险投资公司的管理咨询力度来确定其所投资的风险企业的数量比反过来的确定方式更为合理。
[Abstract]:To provide consultation for enterprises, although it can help enterprises grow up quickly, but also a resource consuming activity, need to provide professional personnel and time for enterprises, which has resulted in running costs. How to balance the cost and benefit is the most important work. This paper holds that it is more reasonable to determine the number of venture enterprises invested by venture capital companies than the other way.
