城市基础设施集成化管理信息系统的研究与开发

【摘要】：城市基础设施的建设和管理成效对提高城市综合竞争力具有重要作用 .城市基础设施集成化管理信息系统(developmentofurbaninfrastructureintegratedmanagementinformationsystem ,以下简称UIIMIS)不但是政府建设行政主管部门对城市基础设施管理的有效工具和手段 ,也能在很大程度上影响和改变政府建设行政主管部门对城市基础设施管理的理念、思想和组织 .据此以某直辖市建委为例 ,分析了现行建设行政主管部门在组织结构方面存在的问题 ,提出了建立UIIMIS的原则 ,给出了UIIMIS的功能模块 ,阐明了开发UIIMIS的方法和步骤
[Abstract]:The construction and management of urban infrastructure plays an important role in improving the comprehensive competitiveness of the city. The development of urban infrastructure integrated management information system (UIIMISIS) is not only an effective tool and means for government construction administrative departments to manage urban infrastructure. It can also influence and change the concept, thought and organization of the administrative department of government construction to the management of urban infrastructure to a great extent. Taking the construction committee of a municipality directly under the Central Government as an example, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the organizational structure of the current construction administrative departments, puts forward the principles of establishing UIIMIS, gives the functional modules of UIIMIS, and expounds the methods and steps of developing UIIMIS.
