管理效率的伦理冲突研究
[Abstract]:The level of management efficiency can reflect the level of management and even the realization of organizational operational goals. How to improve management efficiency is always the focus of managers' thinking in order to set management objectives. However, if the management efficiency is abstracted, it will lead to a series of ethical conflicts. In order to pursue efficiency, abandon honesty, give up fairness and destroy environment. We pursue efficiency, but we are trapped by efficiency. This is a betrayal of efficiency. Firstly, the paper discusses the characteristics and ethical value of management efficiency, and points out that management efficiency itself can fulfill the social responsibility of organization and realize the harmonious coexistence of man and nature. However, it reflects a kind of ethical conflict in reality, which mainly shows as follows: first, efficiency and honesty; second, efficiency and fairness; third, efficiency and sustainable development. In this paper, individualism, utilitarianism and instrumental rationality are analyzed. The author points out that individualism holds that all practical activities are designed to meet the needs of their own survival and development, and take their own interests as the starting point and destination, which will inevitably lead to ethical conflicts. Utilitarianism forces managers to enlarge their pursuit of tangible interests, focusing on immediate interests rather than long-term interests. Instrumental rationality emphasizes the maximum effect of pursuing things and makes the thinking of individual benefit supreme. The three aspects complement each other and contribute to the formation of ethical conflicts. Finally, the article points out that to resolve ethical conflicts, we should know how to respect the humanistic feelings in human nature. At the same time, we should establish an orderly competition mechanism and reasonable and effective allocation system as soon as possible. Only in this way can we establish correct values and find a balance between human and natural development. The ethical conflict of management efficiency is an extremely complex problem, because the content of ethics itself will change with different time and space. However, the importance of ethical conflict and rational thinking can make management efficiency conform to its significance of serving human beings. And when human nature gets enough respect, can achieve higher efficiency. The two influence each other and promote human development and social sustainability.
