办公软件使用技巧化的阶段分析

【摘要】：信息化是当今社会发展的风向标,对每一个工作岗位来说,信息环境下办公软件的有效使用已成为岗位效率提升的重要内驱力。事实上,这种内驱力的大小主要是由软件使用过程的技巧化决定的,技巧化的实现主要体现在表象化阶段、操作化阶段、应用化阶段、问题化阶段、打造化阶段、拓展化阶段的有机结合上,所以,理解和掌握办公软件技巧化形成的阶段特征显得尤为重要。
[Abstract]:Information is the vane of social development nowadays. For every job, the effective use of office software in information environment has become an important driving force of post efficiency. In fact, the size of this kind of internal drive is mainly determined by the skill of the software usage process, and the realization of the technique is mainly reflected in the stage of representation, the stage of operation, the stage of application, the stage of problem making, the stage of building. Therefore, it is very important to understand and master the stage characteristics of office software skill formation.
