模糊应急系统组合优化方案选择问题的研究

【摘要】:本文讨论有资源需求约束的多出救点应急组合调度方案的求取问题。受许多因素影响 ,平息事故所需的应急资源量有时是不确定的 ,通过引入模糊集的概念 ,从决策者的角度 ,任何方案的应急资源数量都对应一个需求约束满意度。另一方面 ,应急问题客观上要求方案的应急开始时间尽可能早 ,这样 ,任一方案又对应一个时间约束满意度。通过运用模糊优化的技术方法 ,本文给出了该问题的优化模型及相应求解方法。并且 ,考虑到方案稳定性或费用 ,文中的算法解是所有最大满意度方案中出救点数目最少的。
[Abstract]:In this paper, we discuss the solution of multi-outburst emergency combined scheduling scheme with resource demand constraints. Under the influence of many factors, the amount of emergency resources needed to quell accidents is sometimes uncertain. By introducing the concept of fuzzy set, from the point of view of decision makers, the number of emergency resources of any scheme corresponds to a demand constraint satisfaction. On the other hand, the emergency problem objectively requires that the emergency start time is as early as possible, so that any scheme corresponds to a time constraint satisfaction. By using the technique of fuzzy optimization, the optimization model of the problem and its corresponding solution are given in this paper. Moreover, considering the stability or cost of the scheme, the algorithm solution in this paper is the least number of rescue points in all the maximum satisfaction schemes.
