试论管理学中控制职能在维护维修中的应用

【摘要】：控制职能是管理学的重要职能之一,机器的维护维修实质上就是人对机器的管理,正确地运用控制职能能大大降低机器故障率。本文以民航机器设备的维护维修工作为例,阐述控制职能在维护维修中的应用及怎样实现良好的管理控制。
[Abstract]:The function of control is one of the important functions of management. The maintenance and repair of machines is essentially the management of machines. The correct use of control functions can greatly reduce the failure rate of machines. Taking the maintenance and maintenance of civil aviation machinery and equipment as an example, this paper expounds the application of control function in maintenance and how to realize good management and control.
