【摘要】：正长期以来,大部分有关泄密的研究主要集中在技术层面。伴随着管理学科的发展与成熟,国内外对于涉密人员的管理日趋严格与完善。然而,随着"维基解密"事件、"斯诺登"事件等震惊全球泄密事件的曝光,揭露了安全保密体系的短板不是技术,而是人。泄密因素模型建立的背景本研究所用全部案例均来自相关网站或公开出版物。将案例分为商业泄密和政府机关泄密两类,在此基础上,根
[Abstract]:For a long time, most of the research on leak mainly focused on the technical level. With the development and maturity of management discipline, the management of secret personnel at home and abroad is becoming more and more strict and perfect. However, with the WikiLeaks, Snowden and other shocking revelations around the world, the disclosure of the security system is not technology, but human. Background all cases used in this study come from relevant websites or public publications. The cases are divided into two categories: commercial leak and government organ leak. On the basis of this, the root of the case can be divided into two categories: commercial leak and government organ leak.
