面向企业信息化的第三方咨询服务

【摘要】：阐述第三方咨询的内涵,分析企业信息化过程中第三方咨询介入的必要性,并从企业信息化的流程着手,论述第三方信息化咨询服务的解决方案,包括管理咨询、信息化规划、全员培训、招标选型、实施监理、验收评估以及信息化项目的维护和扩展等咨询服务,最后提出完善第三方咨询服务的对策。
[Abstract]:This paper expounds the connotation of the third party consultation, analyzes the necessity of the third party consultation intervention in the process of enterprise informatization, and discusses the solution of the third party information consulting service, including management consultation, information planning, from the process of enterprise informatization. Full staff training, bidding selection, supervision, acceptance evaluation, maintenance and expansion of information projects and other consulting services, and finally put forward the improvement of third-party consulting services countermeasures.
