关于管理整合的初步研究

【摘要】:在对管理学主流板块理论分析的基础上,以管理结构和管理三重属性为理论基础,提出了管理整合的基本思路。结论是:管理整合的实质是将管理理论、管理技术和管理实践融合为一体,恢复管理一体化过程的原貌,推进管理体系的创新和管理品质的提升,使管理理论更具指导性和应用性、管理技术更具工具性和针对性、管理实践更具思想性和效率性。"供应链",可能为管理整合提供了一种有效的整合工具。
[Abstract]:Based on the analysis of the mainstream theory of management, this paper puts forward the basic idea of management integration based on the management structure and the triple attributes of management. The conclusion is that the essence of management integration is to integrate management theory, management technology and management practice, restore the original appearance of management integration process, and promote the innovation of management system and the improvement of management quality. It makes management theory more instructive and applicable, management technology more instrumental and targeted, and management practice more ideological and efficient. " Supply chain may provide an effective integration tool for management integration.
