复杂性组织稳定及创新的基础:无序与有序的相互转化

【摘要】:复杂性组织的组织作用是复杂性组织自身对与组织有关的无序及有序实施的相互转化,是复杂性组织稳定与创新的基础。这可以从三个方面来解读:一是复杂性组织中存在着无序与有序的相互转化,这导致了组织在蜕变与成长中由简单性组织成为复杂性组织,也促使组织不僵化在有序里不失控于无序中;二是复杂性组织需要无序与有序的相互转化,这使组织的生存与存在及突现成为可能;三是复杂性组织中的无序与有序可以相互转化:有序的耗散定律阐述了有序可以向无序转化,耗散结构理论则证实了无序可以向有序转化,而无序与有序的相互转化只能在复杂性组织内及其自组织机制作用下实现。
[Abstract]:The organizational function of complex organization is the mutual transformation of complexity organization to the disorderly and orderly implementation related to the organization, and is the foundation of the stability and innovation of complex organization. This can be interpreted from three aspects: first, there is disorder and orderly mutual transformation in complex organization, which leads to the transformation from simple organization to complex organization in the process of transformation and growth. It also promotes the organization not to be ossified in the order and not out of control in the disorder; Second, the complex organization needs the mutual transformation of disorder and order, which makes it possible for the organization to survive, exist and appear suddenly; Thirdly, disorder and order in complex organization can be transformed mutually: the law of order dissipation states that order can transform into disorder, and the theory of dissipative structure proves that disorder can be transformed into order. The mutual transformation of disorder and order can only be realized in the complex organization and its self-organizing mechanism.
