韩非的管理心理学思想初探

【摘要】:我国古代思想家的管理用人思想极为丰富。韩非作为先秦时期法家的代表人物,提出了许多知人用人的主张,尤其是强调"因人情"、"顺人性",严明赏罚,以利害关系来调节人与人之间的关系。这些朴素的管理心理学思想,在我们推行改革开放政策,建立社会主义市场经济体制的过程中仍具有一定的借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:The ancient thinkers of our country are rich in the thought of managing and employing people. Han Fei, as a representative figure of legalists in the pre-Qin period, put forward many ideas of knowing and employing people, especially emphasizing "due to human feelings", "obeying human nature", being strict in reward and punishment, and adjusting the relationship between people with interest. These simple thoughts of management psychology still have certain reference significance in the course of carrying out the reform and opening policy and establishing the socialist market economy system.
