我国电子政务发展现状与“十三五”展望

【摘要】：2016年是我国"十三五"建设的开局之年,也是我国电子政务转型发展、实现"十三五"良好开局的关键之年。基于大量的数据和案例,从电子政务网络基础设施建设、政务业务信息化应用、政府数据开放、政府大数据应用、"互联网+"政务服务、政务新媒体、政策环境等七个方面对2016年我国电子政务发展情况进行了较为全面的总结和回顾,比较分析了当前电子政务发展水平及面临的困难,并展望提出"十三五"发展的目标与重点。
[Abstract]:2016 is the opening year of the construction of the 13th Five-Year Plan in our country. It is also the key year for the transformation and development of e-government in our country, and the key year for realizing a good start of the 13th Five-Year Plan. Based on a large number of data and cases. From the e-government network infrastructure construction, government affairs information application, government data opening, government big data application, "Internet" government services, new government media. This paper summarizes and reviews the development of e-government in 2016 from seven aspects, such as policy environment, and compares and analyzes the current level of e-government development and the difficulties it faces. At the same time, the development objectives and key points of the Thirteenth five-year Plan are put forward.
