大数据时代数量分析之于民生改善的意义、问题及对策

【摘要】：大数据时代数量分析对改善民生具有一定的意义,表现为网络大数据维护民生网络空间的数字主权、网络大数据促进民生“数量化”发展、网络大数据盘活民生数据资产。但其间也存在数据鸿沟涌现、数据量化意识模糊、数据公信力不足和数据开放有保留等问题。对此,可以通过坚定马克思的劳动本位观,树立大数据思维,增强民生“数量化”意识,加强大数据运用,提升政府和个人安全治理能力等对策来解决。
[Abstract]:The quantitative analysis of big data era has a certain significance to improve the people's livelihood. It shows that the network big data maintains the digital sovereignty of the people's livelihood cyberspace, and the network big data promotes the "quantitative" development of the people's livelihood. Network big data revitalized the livelihood of people's livelihood data assets. But there are also problems such as the emergence of a data gap, vague awareness of data quantification, lack of data credibility and data openness and so on. It can be solved by strengthening Marx's view of labor standard, setting up big data's thinking, strengthening the consciousness of "quantification" of people's livelihood, strengthening big data's application, improving the ability of government and personal safety management, etc.
