英国政府高级官员职业开发实践及其启示

【摘要】:政府高级领导干部是政府最重要的人力资源,高级领导干部的职业开发关系到其自身能力的提升和政府效能的提高。我国政府高级领导干部的职业开发仍然是公共部门人力资源管理的薄弱环节。自2008年英国政府研究院成立以来,英国逐年加大对政府高级官员职业开发的力度,以支持政府高级官员的职业发展,提高政府效能。通过详细探讨英国政府高级官员职业开发兴起的背景、机制以及特点,从中总结出对中国政府高级领导干部职业开发的启示。
[Abstract]:Senior government leading cadres are the most important human resources of the government. The professional development of senior leading cadres is related to the improvement of their own ability and the improvement of government efficiency. The professional development of senior leading cadres of our government is still a weak link in human resources management in the public sector. Since the establishment of the Government Research Institute, Britain has increased its efforts in professional development of senior government officials year by year, in order to support the professional development of senior government officials and improve the efficiency of the government. Through a detailed discussion of the background, mechanism and characteristics of the rise of professional development of senior government officials in the United Kingdom, From the summary to the Chinese government senior leading cadres career development enlightenment.
