经济体制变迁条件下政府与市场关系再解构

【摘要】：在我国,市场因素经历了从"无"到"有",从"补充"到"并行",从"基础作用"到"决定地位"的变迁。社会主义市场经济中暗含的是计划调节,而不是计划体制。处理好政府与市场关系,应减少行政因素,破除壁垒,释放市场活力;借助大数据,提升企业和政府的计划能力;内修外制提升主体道德水平,为市场经济走向道德经济提供双重保障。
[Abstract]:In our country, the market factor has experienced the change from "nil" to "have", from "supplement" to "parallel", from "basic function" to "decisive position".What is implied in the socialist market economy is the plan adjustment, not the plan system.To deal with the relationship between government and market, we should reduce administrative factors, break down barriers, release market vitality, improve the planning ability of enterprises and government by means of big data, and improve the moral level of subjects under the system of internal and external revision.For the market economy to the moral economy to provide dual protection.
