社会问题和公共政策设计中的行为经济学——行为设计研究前沿追踪

【摘要】：成功的助推政策需要人们在特定情境下进行选择和行为表现。但由于人的思维方式的复杂性,使政策的实施者和接受者对政策的理解出现偏差,进而事与愿违,达不到预期结果。此外,人们在解决问题时,往往只关注技术创新,忽视应用新技术的设计、检测和反馈。行为经济学的出现,不仅帮助研究人员更好地理解人类的行为,而且根据这些理解,可以更好地设计出解决措施,改变、干预人们固有的思维方式,使助推政策得以较好地实施,达到预期效果。
[Abstract]:The successful boosting policy needs people to choose and behave in a specific situation . However , because of the complexity of human ' s way of thinking , the author and the recipient of the policy have deviated from the understanding of the policy , and therefore , it can ' t reach the expected results . In addition , the emergence of behavioral economics will not only help the researchers better understand the human behavior , but also can better design the solving measures , change and interfere with the human ' s inherent thinking mode , so that the boosting policy can be implemented better and the expected effect can be achieved .
