贫困治理中政府与社会组织关系的变迁及走向

【摘要】：政府与社会组织的关系是社会治理领域的重要议题。在贫困治理中,政府与社会组织的关系随着经济发展、社会结构的变化而变迁,从"控制—依附"关系向"合作—自主"关系,再向"对称性互惠"关系变迁。本文论述了贫困治理中政府与社会组织关系的发展历程,分析了不同阶段政府与社会组织关系的特点、原因、影响及效果,探讨了政府与社会关系的走向。
[Abstract]:The relationship between government and social organization is an important topic in the field of social governance.In poverty management, the relationship between government and social organization changes with the development of economy and the change of social structure, from "control-dependent" relationship to "cooperative independent" relationship, and then to "symmetry reciprocity" relationship.This paper discusses the development course of the relationship between government and social organization in poverty management, analyzes the characteristics, causes, influences and effects of the relationship between government and social organization in different stages, and probes into the trend of the relationship between government and social organization.
