志愿服务对志愿者主流意识形态认同的影响研究

【摘要】：本文对全国1009个志愿服务项目进行实证调查,数据表明:志愿服务对志愿者主流意识形态认同具有促进作用;党员、公务员身份的志愿者对主流意识形态的认同度高,而团员、大学生志愿者的认同度相对较低;自愿参与者的利他行为会强化个体认同,需要关注服务时长对志愿者主流意识形态认同的拐点效应。建议以量变促质变,以党建带团建,重引领强监督,发挥强化效应,激发自主效应,加强引导与疏导,扭转拐点效应,消解志愿者在服务中的负面认知,提升志愿者的主流意识形态认同。
[Abstract]:This paper conducts an empirical survey on 1009 volunteer service projects in China. The data show that volunteer service can promote the identity of the mainstream ideology of volunteers; volunteers with party members and civil servants have a high degree of identity to mainstream ideology, while League members, The degree of identity of university students volunteers is relatively low; the altruistic behavior of voluntary participants will strengthen individual identity and need to pay attention to the inflection point effect of long service hours on the mainstream ideological identity of volunteers. It is suggested to promote qualitative change by quantitative change, to lead the team building by party building, to lead strong supervision, to exert the strengthening effect, to stimulate the independent effect, to strengthen the guidance and guidance, to reverse the inflection point effect, and to eliminate the negative cognition of the volunteers in the service. Promote the mainstream ideological identity of volunteers.
