社会主义协商民主推进国家治理现代化的生成逻辑

【摘要】：社会主义协商民主推进国家治理现代化是中共中央为承接全面深化改革任务而做出的战略选择。作为一种内生于中国革命、建设及改革政治实践中的本土化民主形式,社会主义协商民主从本质和功能上都属于中国共产党领导的国家治理现代化的重要内容,其目的在于不断优化社会主义民主政治形态和提高人民民主质量。依托国家制度层面的顶层设计,社会主义协商民主在我国现阶段公共事务治理中显示了巨大的民主优势,体现了社会主义民主政治发展的历史逻辑、民主逻辑、制度逻辑的高度统一。
[Abstract]:Socialist consultative democracy promotes the modernization of state governance is the strategic choice made by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China to undertake a comprehensive deepening of the task of deepening the reform. As a kind of indigenous democratic form born in the Chinese revolution, construction and reform of political practice, the socialist negotiated democracy belongs to the country led by the Communist Party of China in essence and function. The important content of the modernization of governance is to optimize the socialist democratic political form and improve the quality of the people's democracy. Relying on the top level design at the level of the state system, the socialist democratic democracy shows a huge democratic advantage in the current stage of public affairs governance in our country and embodies the history of the development of socialist democracy. Logic, democratic logic, and institutional logic are highly unified.
