中国经验:经济发展和转型中有效市场与有为政府缺一不可

【摘要】：绝大多数发展中国家在制定发展与转型政策时照搬西方主流的理论,未能处理好政府与市场的关系,以致不能摆脱低收入或中等收入陷阱。中国道路成功的秘诀是,在经济发展和转型中既发挥"有效市场"的作用,也发挥了"有为政府"的作用,同时用好"看不见的手"和"看得见的手",形成市场作用和政府作用有机统一、相互补充、相互促进的格局。中国的发展与转型的成功对其他金砖国家和发展中国家有值得借鉴的经验。
[Abstract]:The majority of developing countries have copied the western mainstream theory in formulating development and transformation policies, and failed to deal with the relationship between government and market, so that they could not get rid of the low or middle income trap. The secret of China's success on the road is to play both an "efficient market" role and a "government role" in economic development and transformation. At the same time, the "invisible hand" and "visible hand" are used well to form a pattern of organic unity, complementarity and mutual promotion between market and government roles. The success of China's development and transformation is worth learning from other BRICS and developing countries.
