现代国家建构遭遇民族文化:国外学界三个维度的考察

【摘要】：现代国家建构在多个维度遭遇民族文化,是民族政治学研究中的重要议题。民族概念的争议预示着国家建构具有不同路径,而现代国家建构与民族文化的相遇,兼有角色、权利和外部属性。角色视角将国家与民族文化互动作为聚焦对象,揭示了民族文化的工具性和价值性、建构性与解构性。权利视角将国家建构与民族权利(特别是少数民族权利)互动作为聚焦点,揭示了发展中国家与发达国家民族之文化权利追求的共性与差异性,以及该权利主张的逻辑基础的多样性。国际政治视角表明,国家建构与民族文化的相遇往往面临外部第三方的在场或强势介入,冷战后美国主导脆弱性国家冲突后重建角色与成败为学界观察提供了新的时代性案例。
[Abstract]:Modern national construction encounters national culture in many dimensions, which is an important topic in the study of ethnic politics. The controversy over the concept of nationality indicates that there are different paths in national construction, and the encounter between modern national construction and national culture has both roles, rights and external attributes. The role perspective focuses on the interaction between the state and the national culture, and reveals the instrumentality and value, constructiveness and deconstruction of the national culture. From the perspective of rights, the interaction between national construction and national rights (especially the rights of ethnic minorities) is taken as the focal point, which reveals the commonness and difference in the pursuit of cultural rights between developing countries and developed countries. And the diversity of the logical basis of the claim. From the perspective of international politics, the encounter between national construction and national culture often faces the presence or strong intervention of external third parties. The role and success of post-conflict reconstruction of America's leading fragile country after the Cold War provides a new case for academic observation.
