政府视角与公众视角:中国政务新媒体研究的议题与路向

【摘要】：[目的/意义]对已有政务新媒体研究的梳理可以发现政务新媒体研究前沿热点问题,推动国内政务新媒体理论和实践发展。[方法/过程]基于所采集的282篇政务新媒体研究文献,分析政务新媒体国内研究主要涉及的议题、各议题的具体研究进展及未来研究走向。[结果/结论]研究发现政务新媒体的国内文献大多基于政府的视角,包括政务新媒体的基本态势、政务新媒体与社会治理、政务新媒体效果评估、政务新媒体效果提升,而较少从公众的视角切入。公众视角主要涉及公众政务新媒体采纳和使用的决定因素,公众对政务新媒体的满意度和公众政务新媒体使用对政府形象的影响。未来研究应考察政府机构政务新媒体使用的战略、策略与政策以及政府机构的政务新媒体使用对组织的影响,同时增强实证方面的研究。
[Abstract]:[purpose / significance] combing the existing research on new government media can find the hot issues in the research of new government affairs media, and promote the development of the theory and practice of new government media in China. [methods / process] based on 282 documents collected, this paper analyzes the main research topics, the specific research progress and the future research trend of the new government media in China. [results / conclusion] it is found that the domestic literature of new government media is mostly based on the perspective of the government, including the basic situation of new government media, the new government media and social governance, the evaluation of the effects of new government media, and the improvement of the effects of new government media. And less from the public perspective. The public perspective mainly involves the determinants of the adoption and use of the new media in public administration, the satisfaction of the public to the new media of government affairs and the influence of the use of the new media on the image of the government. The future research should examine the strategies, strategies and policies of the new media used in government affairs, and the influence of the new media use on the organization, and strengthen the empirical research.
