乐亭县政府舆情信息工作优化研究

【摘要】：本文从舆情信息工作的内涵和体系着手,在对乐亭县舆情信息工作现状分析的基础上,结合乐亭县的实际情况提出符合乐亭县舆情信息工作实际的创新发展路径和对策,以期能够不断提高乐亭县舆情信息工作的质量和水平。对政府舆情信息工作的研究不仅有利于提高党政部门管理者的决策水平,而且能够提高政府机关的执政能力和服务水平,促进我国执政能力建设理论的发展和完善。第一,在对舆论、舆情信息、舆情信息工作的概念进行了明确界定的基础上,重点分析了对自媒体时代舆情信息工作的重要性、舆情信息工作的一般流程和步骤以及以公共治理理论和公共服务理论为代表的舆情信息工作的基础理论。第二,舆情信息工作的新变化体现在乐亭县舆情工作主体的变迁以及乐亭县舆情热点的重新构架两个方面,乐亭县舆情信息工作的发展机遇和挑战并存。乐亭县舆情信息工作中存在的问题包括乐亭县舆情信息工作协调不够顺畅、乐亭县舆情信息工作的重视程度不足、舆情信息的工作网络尚未健全、乐亭县网络舆情信息的理论研究进展缓慢以及乐亭县舆情信息工作人员队伍的专业性不足等五个方面。第三,乐亭县舆情信息工作存在问题的原因包括舆情信息工作理念的滞后、舆情信息管理机制不健全以及舆情信息工作的保障机制不健全等三个方面。第四,乐亭县舆情信息工作的优化对策包括转变舆情信息工作理念、适应新形势下舆情信息工作需要、完善乐亭县舆情信息工作管理机制、加强对舆情信息员的队伍建设以及健全乐亭县舆情信息研判工作体系五个方面。
[Abstract]:This paper starts with the connotation and system of public opinion information work, on the basis of analyzing the present situation of public opinion information work in Leting County, and combining with the actual situation of Leting County, puts forward the innovative development path and countermeasures that accord with the actual situation of public opinion information work in Leting County. With a view to continuously improve the quality and level of public opinion information work in Leting County. The study of government public opinion information work is not only conducive to improving the decision-making level of the party and government department managers, but also can improve the governance ability and service level of government organs, and promote the development and improvement of the theory of governance capacity construction in our country. First, on the basis of defining the concept of public opinion and public opinion information work, the importance of public opinion information work in the era of media is analyzed. The general process and steps of public opinion information work and the basic theory of public opinion information work represented by public governance theory and public service theory. Secondly, the new changes of public opinion information work are reflected in the changes of the main body of public opinion work in Leting County and the re-structure of public opinion hot spots in Leting County. The development opportunities and challenges of public opinion information work in Leting County coexist. The problems existing in the public opinion information work of Leting County include that the coordination of the public opinion information work in Leting County is not smooth enough, the public opinion information work in Leting County is not paid enough attention to, and the work network of public opinion information is not yet perfect. The research progress of the theory of network public opinion information in Leting County is slow, and the lack of professionalism of the public opinion information staff in Leting County. Third, the reasons for the problems of public opinion information work in Leting County include the lagging of the concept of public opinion information work, the unsound management mechanism of public opinion information and the imperfect guarantee mechanism of public opinion information work. Fourth, the optimization countermeasures of public opinion information work in Leting County include changing the concept of public opinion information work, adapting to the needs of public opinion information work under the new situation, and perfecting the management mechanism of public opinion information work in Leting County. Strengthen the construction of the team of public opinion information staff and improve the public opinion information research system.
