中国共产党的社会保障观:发展与演变

【摘要】：中国共产党自成立之日起,就将劳动人民的民生问题置于重要地位,确立了全心全意为人民服务的根本宗旨,为贫苦大众排忧解难。新中国成立后,中国共产党和人民政府为了解决民生问题,决定建立社会保障制度,从医疗、优抚、福利、户籍等各个方面进行了长期的探索和创新。改革开放之后,一方面,中国社会保障制度日趋规范化和法制化;另一方面,为了适应经济与社会协调发展的要求,实现社会稳定和国家长治久安的目标,建立与市场经济相适应的现代社会保障制度成为我国改革开放的重要组成部分。
[Abstract]:Since its founding, the Communist Party of China has placed the livelihood of the working people in an important position, established the fundamental aim of serving the people wholeheartedly, and solved the difficulties for the poor. After the founding of the people's Republic of China, the Communist Party and the people's Government of China decided to establish a social security system in order to solve the problems of people's livelihood, and carried out long-term exploration and innovation in various aspects, such as medical treatment, preferential care, welfare, household registration and so on. After the reform and opening up, on the one hand, China's social security system has become increasingly standardized and legalized; on the other hand, in order to meet the requirements of coordinated economic and social development and to achieve the goals of social stability and the long-term stability of the country, The establishment of modern social security system adapted to the market economy has become an important part of China's reform and opening up.
