公务员考试选拔程序的价值维度审思

【摘要】：文章以公务员考试选拔程序的实然状况为背景,审视公务员考试选拔程序的价值维度,思考其设置前提的同时使之超越"实然状态"进入"应然状态",重点在于探讨完善公务员选拔程序的可能向度与发展空间,以期在思想价值层面与实践技术操作层面共同完善我国公务员选拔程序。推进公务员录用考试分类分级是当前完善公务员录用制度的迫切之举,是整体推进公务员分类管理的重要抓手。
[Abstract]:Based on the actual situation of the civil servant examination selection procedure, this paper examines the value dimension of the civil servant examination selection procedure. Considering its setting premise and making it go beyond the "actual state" into the "supposed state", the emphasis is to explore the possible direction and development space of perfecting the selection procedure for civil servants. In order to improve the selection process of civil servants in the level of ideological value and practical technical operation. To promote the classification and classification of civil servant recruitment examination is an urgent move to improve the civil servant recruitment system and an important grasp to promote the overall classification management of civil servants.
