大部制改革后深圳市市场监管部门的问题分析与对策研究

【摘要】：深圳市自大部制改革以来,经过机构的大幅调整、职能与部门的大力整合,大部制的理念在一定程度上得到了有效贯彻。但从市场监管的实际效果来看,大部制并没有带来实质性的飞跃,市场监管的问题仍然突显。研究大部制改革后深圳市市场监管部门的问题,对进一步地完善机构改革,切实做好区域市场监管,以及推进市场经济的发展均具有重要意义。同时,还能够为其它省市区的大部制改革提供宝贵的实践经验。本文以大部制改革后深圳市市场监管部门为研究对象,探讨深圳大部制改革及市场监管大部制的改革历程和特点,分析大部制改革后深圳市场监管部门存在的问题,探索改善深圳市市场监管体制改革的路径。
[Abstract]:Since the reform of the large department system in Shenzhen, the concept of the large department system has been effectively implemented to a certain extent through the substantial adjustment of the organization and the strong integration of the functions and departments. However, from the actual effect of market supervision, the issue of market regulation is still prominent. It is of great significance to study the problems of Shenzhen market supervision department after the reform of the big department system to further perfect the institutional reform, to do a good job of the regional market supervision, and to promote the development of the market economy. At the same time, it can provide valuable practical experience for other provinces and municipalities. This paper takes Shenzhen market supervision department as the research object, probes into the reform course and characteristics of Shenzhen large department reform and market supervision system, and analyzes the problems existing in Shenzhen market supervision department after the reform. Explore the way to improve the market supervision system reform in Shenzhen.
