政府机构网站链接动机的分析研究

【摘要】:网络信息计量学作为信息计量学在互联网上的拓展,迅速发展成为网络科学一个重要的分支。链接作为网络中重要的元素,对其的分析是网络信息计量学备受关注的研究方向。早期的链接分析主要集中在网络学术环境,很多学者们将引文分析中的理论和方法运用到学术环境的链接分析中。但在互联网逐渐多元化和复杂化的发展进程中,研究者们一方面逐步发现网络学术环境中链接有着不同于引文的特点,形成了链接分析的理论和方法;另一方面研究者们也开始关注互联网其他领域的链接特征和链接动机,以期对网络资源进行合理的计量与评价。弄清楚网络环境中的链接动机有利于深入了解网络信息资源的拓扑结构及资源分布状况,有助于网络资源的计量、挖掘与评价,促进网络信息计量学的发展。本研究在梳理国内外链接动机研究成果的基础上,选取鲜有研究的政府机构网站作为研究对象,通过开放式访谈方法获取政府网站链接行为者的链接动机。将民族志决策树模型的思想和扎根理论结合,设计开放式访谈问卷,构建链接行为者的民族志决策树模型。在数据分析阶段,本研究运用扎根分析和内容分析方法提炼出38个链接动机要素条目,并分为8大类:支持性链接、功能性链接、宣传性链接、内容性链接、经验性链接、推广性链接、混合性链接和其他链接。在有效性检验阶段,通过定量的结构化问卷法对民族志决策树模型进行检验,运用“正式成员检验”和“整合多元测定”的方法分别对研究结果进行内部有效性和外部有效性检验。通过对数据的分析,本研究获得以下研究结论:①依据网站链接行为者不同的决策准则,本研究将网站链接行为者分为网站开发运维人员和网站内容生产人员,对其分别建立个体决策树,最后通过比对整合所有的个体决策树构建群体决策树,获取的条目包括19条准则和2个方案。通过结构化问卷对模型进行验证,得到模型对同质群体的预测度为91.67%。②政府机构网站的链接动机可归纳为八大类:支持性链接、功能性链接、宣传性链接、内容性链接、经验性链接、推广性链接、混合性链接和其他链接。其中一半以上(51.08%)的链接都是支持性链接和功能性链接,内容性链接和宣传/推广性链接也占了一定的比例(30.94%)。③政府机构网站的链接主要功能在于:从宏观上来说,构建网站的空间架构、信息导航索引、网站信息内容及功能的梳理与安排、页面信息的排版等;从微观上来说,链接就是每条内容信息的标题索引,类似于书目,对网站信息进行简化整理,方便网站使用者快捷地找到需要的信息。④从链接的视角可以看出,政府机构网站的主要功能是:宣传的窗口、交互的渠道、信息服务平台、为办公办事提供便利。在理论方面,本研究将农业生产决策问题和医疗人类学中运用较多的民族志决策树模型方法应用到政府机构网站链接动机的研究中,并结合扎根理论加以补充完善。同时也对链接动机进行了要素条目的提取,总结出8大类链接动机,运用扎根方法自下而上地构建了链接动机的体系结构。在实践方面,依据访谈的结果,对政府机构网站链接的设置提供了实践建议,对其在网站信息架构、信息导航和交互设计方面提供一些参考和依据。当然,由于科研条件和科研能力的有限性,本研究仍存在一些不足和有待进一步完善的地方,如有效性检验样本的规模等。本文为国家自然科学基金项目“融合范式视角下的链接分析理论集成框架及其实证研究(71273125)”的研究成果之一。
[Abstract]:As an extension of information metrology on the Internet, network information metrology has rapidly developed into an important branch of network science. As an important element of the network, the analysis of links is a research direction of network information metrology which has attracted much attention. The theories and methods of text analysis are applied to link analysis in academic environment. But in the process of the development of the Internet, researchers have gradually found that links in academic environment are different from citations, thus forming the theory and methods of link analysis. On the other hand, researchers have begun to do the same. Paying close attention to the linking characteristics and motivation in other areas of the Internet in order to measure and evaluate the network resources reasonably. To understand the linking motivation in the network environment is helpful to understand the topological structure and resource distribution of the network information resources, to measure, mine and evaluate the network resources, and to promote the network information metrology. On the basis of reviewing the research results of linking motivation at home and abroad, this study selects the government agency websites as the research object, and obtains the linking motivation of the government website linking actors through open interview method. In the data analysis stage, this study used grounded analysis and content analysis to extract 38 link motivation elements and divided them into eight categories: supporting links, functional links, propaganda links, content links, empirical links, extension links, mixed links and other links. Then, in the validity test stage, the Ethnographic Decision Tree Model was tested by quantitative structured questionnaire method, and the internal and external validity of the results were tested by the methods of "formal member test" and "integrated multivariate test". According to different decision criteria of website link actors, this study divides website link actors into website development and maintenance personnel and website content producers, and establishes individual decision tree for them respectively. Finally, group decision tree is constructed by comparing and integrating all individual decision trees. The obtained items include 19 criteria and 2 schemes. The constructed questionnaire was used to verify the model, and the predictive value of the model was 91.67%. 2. The motivation of links in government websites can be divided into eight categories: supportive links, functional links, propaganda links, content links, empirical links, promotion links, mixed links and other links. More than half of them (51.08%) are supportive links, functional links, propaganda links, content links, empirical links, promotion links Links are supporting links and functional links, content links and publicity / promotion links also accounted for a certain proportion (30.94%). From the micro point of view, links are the title index of each content information, similar to bibliographies, which simplify and organize the website information so that users can find the information they need quickly. In theory, this study applies the decision tree model of ethnography to the study of the motivation of links on government websites, and combines the grounded theory to improve it. In practice, based on the results of interviews, this paper provides practical suggestions for the setting up of links on government agencies'websites, and provides some reference and basis for the information structure, information navigation and interaction design of websites. This paper is one of the achievements of the National Natural Science Foundation's project "Integrated Framework of Link Analysis Theory and Its Empirical Study (71273125)" from the perspective of Fusion Paradigm.
