华侨华人与新“海丝之路”:作用、机制及对策

【摘要】：华侨华人具有融通中外的优势,且聚集于"丝路"沿线,因而可能在21世纪"海丝之路"建设中发挥积极作用。当前,华侨华人参与新"海丝之路"建设有各种现实基础作为铺垫,也有各方意愿作为动力,但与此同时,由于侨居国和中国的原因,以及华侨华人自身能力等因素也会阻碍着这种作用的发挥。因此,我们需要积极寻求对策,努力化阻力为推力。
[Abstract]:The overseas Chinese have the advantage of integrating Chinese and foreign countries and gather along the "Silk Road", so they may play an active role in the construction of "Haisi Road" in the 21st century.
