阳江市网络舆情的政府监管研究

【摘要】：近年来,随着互联网技术的发展,尤其是移动互联网技术的普及,为公众表达舆情、参与经济社会及政治生活,提供了一个方便快捷的平台。网络社会已经进入人人都有“麦克风”,人人都有“发言权”的自媒体时代。网络舆情的即时性加上其爆炸性的传播速度,颠覆了传统的舆论引导格局。网络舆情监管已成为政府工作的一个重要方面,如何有效引导和监管网络舆情成为政府面临的一大挑战。本课题以广东省阳江市为研究对象,围绕网络舆情政府监管这一主题,综合分析国内外网络舆情监管现状,通过对阳江市近几年网络舆情事件的具体分析,研究网络舆情的发展趋势,结合阳江的实际情况,尝试提出加强网络舆情政府监管的有效对策,为阳江市网络舆情的政府监管工作顺利开展贡献自己一份薄力。本课题分六章进行论述,首先,对网络舆情政府监管研究现状、网络舆情政府监管涉及的概念和理论进行分析和阐述,然后在对阳江市网络舆情政府监管现状分析的基础上,借鉴国内外政府监管网络舆情的先进经验,提出加强阳江市网络舆情政府监管的对策建议。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the development of Internet technology, especially the popularity of mobile Internet technology, it provides a convenient and rapid platform for the public to express public opinion, participate in economic, social and political life. Network society has entered the era where everyone has a microphone and everyone has a voice. The immediacy of network public opinion and its explosive propagation speed subvert the traditional pattern of public opinion guidance. The supervision of network public opinion has become an important aspect of government work. How to effectively guide and supervise network public opinion has become a great challenge to the government. This topic takes Yangjiang City of Guangdong Province as the research object, revolves around the network public opinion government supervision this theme, synthetically analyzes the domestic and foreign network public opinion supervision present situation, through the concrete analysis to the Yangjiang city network public opinion event in recent years, This paper studies the development trend of network public opinion, combines the actual situation of Yangjiang, tries to put forward effective countermeasures to strengthen the government supervision of network public opinion, and contributes to the smooth development of the government supervision of network public opinion in Yangjiang City. This subject is divided into six chapters. First, the research status of network public opinion government supervision, the concept and theory involved in network public opinion government supervision are analyzed and elaborated, and then on the basis of the analysis of Yangjiang network public opinion government supervision situation, This paper draws lessons from the advanced experience of government supervision of network public opinion at home and abroad, and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen the supervision of network public opinion in Yangjiang City.
