供给侧改革背景下的基本公共服务均等化分析

【摘要】：实现基本公共服务均等化是坚持共享发展的重要内容。为此,需要准确理解和把握基本公共服务均等化的科学内涵,清醒认识我国目前实现基本公共服务均等化的现状、问题与成因。要坚持以问题为导向,扎实推进基本公共服务供给侧结构性改革。切实履行政府主导责任,以完善财政管理制度为重点,把提高供给质量作为一项长期任务,发挥社会组织的作用,尊重公众主体意识,是现阶段推进基本公共服务供给侧结构性改革,实现基本公共服务均等化的必然选择。
[Abstract]:Therefore, it is necessary to accurately understand and grasp the scientific connotation of equalization of basic public services, and soberly understand the current situation, problems and causes of equalization of basic public services in China. We must adhere to problem-oriented and firmly promote structural reforms on the supply side of basic public services. Conscientiously fulfill the leading responsibility of the government, focus on improving the financial management system, take improving the quality of supply as a long-term task, give play to the role of social organizations, and respect the public consciousness of the subject, It is the inevitable choice to promote the supply-side structural reform of basic public services and realize the equalization of basic public services.
