乌兰夫民族思想研究

【摘要】：乌兰夫是卓越的民族工作领导人,他非常重视民族问题和民族工作,他坚持和发展了马列主义民族理论、毛泽东民族理论,在解决中国社会主义革命和建设过程中民族问题的长期实践中逐步形成了自己的民族思想。在乌兰夫民族思想的指导下,内蒙古地区各族人民安居乐业,政治稳定,经济社会空前发展,人民素质明显提高等各项事业快速发展。乌兰夫民族思想不仅对丰富和发展党的民族工作理论做出了不朽贡献而且对新时期,加快少数民族地区的发展、维护祖国统一、推进社会主义和谐社会建设和实现全面建成小康社会的目标都具有重要的实践意义和现实启示作用。本文就乌兰夫民族思想做了初步研究：第一章,绪论部分。主要概述了论文的选题背景、选题目的和意义、研究现状及发展趋势,研究思路、研究方法及创新点；第二章,乌兰夫民族思想的形成与发展。首先,阐述了乌兰夫民族思想形成的理论渊源,主要包括：蒙古族传统民族思想、马克思主义民族思想和中国共产党的民族理论。其次,阐述了乌兰夫民族思想形成的客观条件和主观条件。最后,阐述了乌兰夫民族思想形成和发展的过程,具体包括萌芽、形成和成熟三个阶段；第三章,乌兰夫民族思想的主要内容和基本特征。首先,提炼了乌兰夫民族思想的内容,主要包括：民族繁荣思想、民族区域自治思想、民族平等团结思想、民族统一战线思想等方面。其次,简单总结了乌兰夫民族思想的三个基本特征,即阶段性、实践性和创新性；第四章,乌兰夫民族思想的实践意义和现实启示。本章主要从经济、政治、文化、社会、生态这五个方面阐述了乌兰夫民族思想的实践意义和现实启示；结语部分,在总结概括全文的基础上进一步指出,当代中国民族问题与民族矛盾日益突出的新情况下,研究乌兰夫的民族思想的意义。
[Abstract]:Ulanhu is an outstanding leader in ethnic work. He attaches great importance to ethnic issues and national work. He has upheld and developed Marxism-Leninist national theory and Mao Zedong's national theory. In the long-term practice of solving the national problems in the course of Chinese socialist revolution and construction, we have gradually formed our own national thought. Under the guidance of Ulanhu's national ideology, the people of all ethnic groups in Inner Mongolia have made rapid progress in various undertakings, such as living and working in peace and contentment, political stability, unprecedented economic and social development, and remarkable improvement in the quality of the people. Ulanhu's national thought has not only made an immortal contribution to the enrichment and development of the party's theory of national work, but also accelerated the development of minority areas and safeguarded the reunification of the motherland in the new period. It is of great practical significance and practical enlightenment to promote the construction of a harmonious socialist society and to realize the goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way. This article has made the preliminary research on Ulanhu's national thought: the first chapter, the introduction part. The paper mainly summarizes the background, purpose and significance of the topic, research status and development trends, research ideas, research methods and innovative points. Chapter two, the formation and development of Ulanhu's national thought. First of all, it expounds the theoretical origin of Ulanhu's national thought, including the Mongolian traditional national thought, Marxist national thought and the Chinese Communist Party's national theory. Secondly, it expounds the objective and subjective conditions of Ulanhu's national thought formation. Finally, the paper expounds the process of formation and development of Ulanhu's national thought, including three stages of germination, formation and maturity, and the third chapter, the main content and basic characteristics of the national thought of Ulanhu. Firstly, it abstracts the content of Ulanhu's national thought, including the thought of national prosperity, the thought of national regional autonomy, the thought of national equality and unity, the thought of national United front and so on. Secondly, it summarizes the three basic characteristics of Ulanhu's national thought, that is, stage, practicality and innovation. This chapter mainly expounds the practical significance and practical enlightenment of Ulanhu's national thought from five aspects of economy, politics, culture, society and ecology. The significance of Ulanhu's national thought is studied under the new circumstances of the increasingly prominent ethnic problems and contradictions in contemporary China.
