论边疆的政治属性与政治性的边疆观念

【摘要】：边疆在本质上属于一种政治地理空间,此外还具有地理、文化、经济等附加属性。在不同国家形态下,边疆观念会随着某种边疆属性的凸显而发生相应调整。民族国家时代,受主权体制、地缘政治和国际体系影响,政治性边疆观开始兴起。随着全球化的推进,民族国家发生了重要转变,西方国家适时更新了边疆理论。但在中国,传统文化性的边疆观却仍在延续,并难以兼容于民族国家语境和全球化形势。面对这种境遇,中国须建立一种由主权疆域和超主权疆域组成的双重疆域架构,并在此基础上构建多个圈层结构的边疆范畴,从而形成自己的边疆话语体系。
[Abstract]:The frontier is essentially a political geographical space, in addition to geographical, cultural, economic and other additional attributes. In different national forms, the concept of frontier will be adjusted with the salience of some frontier attributes. Under the influence of sovereignty system, geopolitics and international system, political frontier view began to rise in the era of nation-state. With the advancement of globalization, the nation-state has undergone an important transformation, and the western countries have updated the frontier theory in good time. But in China, the traditional cultural view of frontier is still continuing, and it is difficult to be compatible with the context of nation-state and globalization. Faced with this kind of situation, China must establish a kind of dual territory structure composed of sovereign territory and super sovereign territory, and on this basis, it must construct the frontier category of multiple circle structure, thus form its own frontier discourse system.
