政治整合视角下少数民族政治文化的变迁与启示

【摘要】：从政治整合视角梳理我国少数民族政治文化的变迁过程,阐述其与主流政治文化关系的两次重要变迁:由王朝国家时期的多元化一到民国时期的民族分离倾向,再到新中国成立至改革开放时期空前统一的转变。总体而言,少数民族政治文化与主流政治文化是一种和合相生的关系,但这种关系并非自然生成物,而是在国家不断进行政治整合的基础上形成的。现阶段,受社会转型、现代化、信息化和全球化等多重因素的影响,少数民族政治文化与主流政治文化间出现了一定的张力。这需要党和国家借鉴历史上政治整合的经验,加强现阶段体系文化、过程文化和政策文化建设,从而实现少数民族政治文化与主流政治文化的协同。
[Abstract]:From the perspective of political integration, this paper combs the transition process of ethnic minority political culture in China, and expounds two important changes of its relationship with mainstream political culture: from the pluralistic period of dynastic state to the tendency of national separation in the period of the Republic of China. Then to the founding of new China to the reform and opening-up period of unprecedented unity of change. In general, the political culture of ethnic minorities and mainstream political culture is a kind of harmonious relationship, but this relationship is not a natural product, but formed on the basis of national political integration. At present, influenced by many factors, such as social transformation, modernization, information and globalization, there is a tension between ethnic political culture and mainstream political culture. This requires the Party and the state to draw lessons from the experience of political integration in history and to strengthen the construction of system culture, process culture and policy culture at the present stage, so as to realize the coordination between the political culture of ethnic minorities and the mainstream political culture.
