年轻人为什么想当公务员——基于职业价值取向维度的差异分析及预测

【摘要】:职业价值取向是指人们对职业的倾向性意识和行为。本研究对全国东、中、西部地区16个省(自治区、直辖市)的1112名青年公务员开展职业价值取向调查,发现我国青年公务员职业价值取向从高到低依次具有自我实现取向、社会理想及价值取向、声誉地位取向、职业发展取向、生存保障取向等五个维度,职业价值取向各维度呈现不同差异,不同人口统计学类别的青年公务员职业价值取向特征各不相同。在此基础上,分析青年公务员职业价值取向与老一辈公务员的差别,预测未来青年职业价值取向的发展趋向。
[Abstract]:Career value orientation refers to people's tendency to occupation and behavior. In this study, 1112 young civil servants from 16 provinces (autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government) in the eastern, middle and western regions of China were investigated. It was found that the career value orientation of young civil servants in China was self-fulfilling from high to low. The social ideal and value orientation, reputation status orientation, career development orientation, survival guarantee orientation and so on five dimensions, the occupation value orientation each dimension presents the difference. The characteristics of career value orientation of young civil servants in different demographic categories are different. On this basis, this paper analyzes the difference between the young civil servants' career value orientation and the older generation's civil servants, and predicts the development trend of the youth's career value orientation in the future.
