绿色治理:一种新的分析框架

【摘要】：转型时期,社会各主体关系处于调整之中,经济社会发展面临严峻困境。治理理论广泛运用于实践,其缺陷也逐渐显露出来,已不能有效回应我国的现实需求。因此,根植于我国具体实际,提出新的分析框架已刻不容缓。绿色治理包含了透明政府、绿色经济以及和谐社会等要素,并通过动力机制、支撑机制以及保障机制等实现高效、协调、可持续运转,为我国当前经济社会发展提供了新的理论关怀。
[Abstract]:In the transitional period, the relationship between the main bodies of the society is in adjustment, and the economic and social development is faced with severe difficulties. Governance theory is widely used in practice, and its defects are gradually revealed, which can not effectively respond to the actual needs of our country. Therefore, rooted in the actual situation of our country, it is urgent to put forward a new analytical framework. Green governance includes the elements of transparent government, green economy and harmonious society, and it can operate efficiently, harmoniously and sustainably through power mechanism, support mechanism and guarantee mechanism. For the current economic and social development of China to provide a new theoretical concern.
