心理阈值协同视角下的群体评价方法及应用

【摘要】：针对传统群体评价方法均不考虑评价者存在的心理阈值这一现象,提出一种心理阈值协同的群体评价方法。首先,将心理阈值协同的群体评价方法进行了前提假设与过程描述;其次,构建极大型、极小型、居中型、区间型指标相应的群体赋值心理阈值量化算法,根据量化后的心理阈值对评价值矩阵进行调整;再次,给出了群体指标赋权的心理阈值量化及权重值矩阵调整方法;最后,对调整后的评价值矩阵与权重值矩阵进行集结,得出最终评价结果。具体算例表明,该方法有效且可行。
[Abstract]:In view of the phenomenon that the traditional group evaluation methods do not consider the psychological threshold of the evaluators, a group evaluation method of psychological threshold synergy is proposed. Firstly, the premise hypothesis and process description of the group evaluation method of psychological threshold synergy are given. Secondly, we construct a very large, very small, intermediate, interval index corresponding group assignment psychological threshold quantization algorithm, and adjust the evaluation value matrix according to the quantized psychological threshold. Thirdly, the method of psychological threshold quantization and weight matrix adjustment of group index empowerment is given. Finally, the final evaluation results are obtained by aggregating the adjusted evaluation value matrix and weight value matrix. An example shows that this method is effective and feasible.
