社会治理创新中社会凝聚力培育探微

【摘要】：社会治理创新是现代社会转型的必然选择,应通过全民共建共享、简政放权、利益协调,激活社会组织和第三部门等多元主体社会治理功能,调动整个民族大众积极参与政治和立法,从而构建公平、公正和互信的制度文化环境与良序社会体系,让人民群众利益表达、诉求机制得到真正落实。而社会治理创新中社会凝聚力的培育,须充分发挥统一战线、群众路线、社会组织和现代网络媒体的作用,让社会主义法制、社会主义核心价值观深入人心并得到全面践行。
[Abstract]:The innovation of social governance is an inevitable choice in the transformation of modern society. It should be carried out through the common construction and sharing of the whole people, the simplification of government power, the coordination of interests, the activation of social organizations and the third sector, and other multi-subject social governance functions. To mobilize the whole national masses to participate in politics and legislation actively, so as to build a fair, just and mutual trust system culture environment and a well-ordered social system, so that the interests of the masses can be expressed and the appeal mechanism can be truly implemented. The cultivation of social cohesion in the innovation of social governance must give full play to the role of the United front, mass line, social organization and modern network media, so that the socialist legal system and socialist core values are deeply rooted in the hearts of the people and fully practiced.
