青年志愿者风险与规避对策研究

【摘要】：随着社会志愿活动的逐步兴起,志愿者的志愿服务已经深入到社会的各个领域,并影响到我们生活的方方面面。而青年志愿者作为社会志愿活动的主力军,他们用自己的热情与活力给社会和他人带去温暖,但是青年志愿者在志愿活动中也会面临各种各样的风险,关于青年志愿者风险的研究是十分必要的。本研究主要通过问卷调查法和访谈法获得研究资料,并采用定量研究和定性研究相结合的方法对调查资料进行了进一步的处理。研究发现,青年志愿者在服务过程中所面临的风险主要包括了人身意外伤害风险、健康风险、财产风险、精神和心理伤害风险等几种类型。而这些风险往往由于损害程度较轻而被忽视,但是从志愿活动的长远发展来看,志愿活动中的风险会影响青年志愿者和青年志愿组织参加志愿活动的积极性,影响服务对象对志愿活动的看法,甚至产生法律纠纷。本研究还对影响青年志愿者风险的因素进行了分析,从青年志愿者自身来说,青年志愿者的性别、风险意识及应对风险的能力方面的差异对青年志愿者的风险有重要的影响;从青年志愿者组织方来说,青年志愿者组织的性质、风险意识及风险管理能力在青年志愿者风险中也发挥着重要的作用;从志愿活动本身来说,志愿活动的场所、类型对青年志愿者风险的影响较为显著,而志愿活动的时间与青年志愿者风险的关系在本次研究中并没有明显的体现。最后,本文在上述研究的基础上提出了规避青年志愿者风险的建议:强化青年志愿者风险意识和风险应对能力;提高青年志愿者组织方的风险意识和风险管理能力;完善志愿服务的相关法律体系。
[Abstract]:With the gradual rise of social volunteerism, volunteer service has penetrated into all fields of society and affected all aspects of our life. As the main force of social voluntary activities, young volunteers bring warmth to society and others with their own enthusiasm and vitality, but young volunteers will also face various risks in voluntary activities. It is necessary to study the risk of young volunteers. In this study, the questionnaire and interview methods were used to obtain the research data, and the quantitative and qualitative methods were used to further deal with the investigation data. The study found that the risk faced by young volunteers in the process of service mainly includes the risk of personal accident injury, health risk, property risk, mental and psychological injury risk and so on. These risks are often ignored because of the lesser damage, but from the long-term development of voluntary activities, the risks in voluntary activities can affect the motivation of young volunteers and youth voluntary organizations to participate in voluntary activities. Affects the service object's view to the voluntary activity, even produces the legal dispute. This study also analyzes the factors that affect the risk of young volunteers. From the perspective of young volunteers, the differences of young volunteers' gender, risk awareness and ability to cope with risks have an important impact on the risk of young volunteers; From the aspect of the youth volunteer organization, the nature, risk consciousness and risk management ability of the young volunteer organization also play an important role in the risk of young volunteers. From the perspective of volunteerism itself, the place and type of volunteer activities have a significant impact on the risk of young volunteers, but the relationship between the time of volunteer activities and the risk of young volunteers is not obviously reflected in this study. Finally, on the basis of the above research, this paper puts forward some suggestions to avoid the risk of young volunteers: strengthening the risk awareness and risk coping ability of young volunteers, improving the risk awareness and risk management ability of young volunteers; Improve the relevant legal system of voluntary service.
