乡镇公务员工作满意度与工作投入及其关系的研究

【摘要】:我们国家的政权一共分为五级,由高到底依次是中共中央,省,市,县,乡镇。乡镇政府处于我国政府基层,是直接跟广大群众进行接触的机关部门。他们生活在人民之中,了解人民真实的生活环境,生活状态,能发现人民生活中存在的问题,并且能及时解决问题、化解纠纷。他们是人民与党联系的枢纽,有着至关重要的作用。他们植根于农村基层,代表着人民向党中央反映真实情况,他们是政府基层执政能手,代表党直接服务于人民。因此,只有他们更积极的投入到工作中去,才能让国家更多的惠民政策有更好的实行条件,真正做到利民。而工作投入又与公务员对工作满意程度有很大的关系,当他们在自己的岗位很满意,就会产生更高的积极性。而本文选取乡镇公务员工作投入与满意度及两者关系为主题,进行研究,是对提高人民对政府工作满意度及提高公务员工作效率有着必要的现实意义。在本篇文章中,从主题出发,将作为研究基础的研究对象定位为湖南省x县的某些乡镇干部,其人数选择110位。通过进行问卷调查及谈话的方式,更准确的了解基层公务员关于自身工作的看法,是否满意,工作投入是否积极等相关信息。收集充足数据及信息后采用标准的统计软件SPSS19.0进行剖析,总结,由此得出以下几点:第一点先从研究的主题分析。从整体来看,x县乡镇公务员对于自身工作是否满意这个问题反响一般,在对于工作投入方面的回答也是相对积极。同时,关于X县乡镇公务员的工作满意程度与工作投入两者的关系也得到了解答,二者相辅相成,互相促进影响,有着明显的正相关关系。第二,在工作中得到满足,才能更好的工作。因此找出X县乡镇公务员在工作中的哪些方面使其产生不满意的想法是关键。从问卷中了解到工作群体、工作本身、个人今后发展、所处工作环境及投入与回报五个方面在对满意程度有着由大到小的影响。第三,从自身特征出发,探究是否对公务员工作的满意程度有影响。利用人口统计学变量辅助分析,发现在是否对工作满意这一问题上没有男女之分,学历高低之分。但年龄、职务级别及工作的年份对公务员满意度有着明显的影响。根据由实证总结出的结论,在本篇文章中阐述了几点具有针对性的建议。当对工作很满意时,才会有很大的兴趣精力投入到工作中去;而只有真正投入到工作中才会发现乐趣。因此,希望这几点对策能够让X县的乡镇公务员在公务员管理部门的指导带领下真正理解两者之间的关系,真正的喜欢上自己的工作,在自己的工作岗位上体会到乐趣,更积极、更好的服务于人民。
[Abstract]:Our state power is divided into five levels, followed by the CPC Central Committee, provinces, cities, counties, townships. The township government is in our country government grass-roots level, is carries on the contact directly with the broad masses the organ department. They live among the people, understand the people's real living environment and living condition, can discover the problems existing in the people's life, and can solve the problems and resolve the disputes in time. They are the hub of the people's ties with the Party and play a vital role. They are rooted in the rural grassroots, represent the people to reflect the real situation to the Party Central Committee, they are the government grass-roots ruling expert, on behalf of the party directly serve the people. Therefore, only if they are more active in their work, can more favorable policies be carried out in the country and be truly beneficial to the people. And the job engagement and the degree of job satisfaction of civil servants have a great relationship, when they are satisfied in their own position, they will produce higher enthusiasm. This article selects the township civil servants' work investment and satisfaction and their relations as the theme, carries on the research, is to raise the people to the government job satisfaction and to raise the civil servant work efficiency to have the necessary realistic significance. In this paper, from the subject point of view, the research object is selected as some township cadres in x county of Hunan province, and the number of the cadres is 110. Through the way of questionnaire investigation and conversation, we can get more accurate information about the views of grass-roots civil servants about their own work, whether they are satisfied or not, whether their work involvement is positive or not. After collecting sufficient data and information, the standard statistical software SPSS19.0 is used to analyze and summarize, from which the following points are drawn: the first point is from the subject analysis of the research. On the whole, the township civil servants in x county have a general response to the question of whether they are satisfied with their work, and the answer to this question is also relatively positive. At the same time, the relationship between the degree of job satisfaction and job involvement of township civil servants in X County is also answered. They complement each other, promote each other and have an obvious positive correlation. Second, get satisfied in the work, can better work. Therefore, it is the key to find out what aspects of township civil servants in X County make them dissatisfied. It is found from the questionnaire that the work group, the job itself, the individual's future development, the working environment and the investment and reward have great to small influence on the satisfaction degree. Third, from its own characteristics, to explore whether the degree of satisfaction of civil servants work has an impact. With the help of demographic variables, it is found that there is no distinction between men and women and the difference of educational background in the question of job satisfaction. However, age, job level and working years have a significant impact on the satisfaction of civil servants. According to the conclusion of empirical analysis, this paper expounds some specific suggestions. It is only when you are satisfied with your work that you have a lot of interest and energy in it; and only when you really do it do you find fun. Therefore, I hope these measures can enable township civil servants in X County to truly understand the relationship between the two under the guidance of the civil service management department, and truly enjoy their own work and enjoy their own jobs. Be more active and better serve the people.
