政务服务管理模式及治理策略选择

【摘要】：政务服务中心的自身属性决定了它所实施的管理创新、业务创新和服务创新是政府层面的,具有整体性、系统性和关联性特征,必然要超越行政审批制度改革,成为政府职能转变、行政体制改革的重要构成。政务服务对信息化技术在集中管理、部门协同和用户导向下的广泛应用,政务服务中心的组织体制加速变革,需要探讨互联网下政务服务不同治理模式的运作机制及选择策略。
[Abstract]:The administrative service center's own attribute determines the management innovation that it implements, the business innovation and the service innovation are the government level, has the integrity, the system and the correlation characteristic, must surpass the administrative examination and approval system reform, It has become an important component of the transformation of government function and the reform of administrative system. The information technology of government affairs service is widely used under centralized management, department cooperation and user guidance, and the organizational system of government affairs service center is changing rapidly. Therefore, it is necessary to discuss the operation mechanism and selection strategy of different governance modes of government service under the Internet.
