田家镇公职人员职业倦怠问题的调查研究

【摘要】:乡镇公职人员在农村基层政权建设中发挥着重要作用。然而社会、学术领域对基层工职人员的精神状态和工作状态的重视程度却远远不够。据调查,公职人员是职业倦怠的高发群体,往往其中的一个个体对职业产生了倦怠心理,那么这一连锁的反应不仅会导致个体本身的身心健康备受伤害,还有可能直接导致其所处整体、甚至社会的不和谐。因此研究公职人员的职业怠倦现象和造成这种状况的原因十分迫切,对这种倦怠状态进行预防和疏导也十分必要。本篇文章就是针对田家镇公职人员的职业倦怠现状做一个调查,并且结合现有研究分析提出自己的观点。笔者设定的调查范围为辽宁省大洼县田家镇,通过结合国内外通用的MBI职业倦怠量表,设计出田家镇公职人员职业倦怠调查问卷来获得第一手数据资料。同时,为了深入了解职业倦怠的现状和原因,选取了20名不同层面具有代表性的公职人员进行开放式访谈,便于定性分析。本文采用全样本测试,通过对全镇的373名公职人员进行问卷调查,得到有效调查问卷共计265份,而对这265份调查问卷进行统计学分析得出以下结论:在田家镇265份有效调查问卷中,有80.4%的公职人员处于职业倦怠水平,其中有60.4%的问卷显示公职人员处于中度职业倦怠水平,而有20%的问卷显示公职人员处于高度倦怠水平,仅有19.6%公职人员不受倦怠困扰或处于较低倦怠水平。当然,影响职业倦怠的因素有很多,比如年龄,婚姻状态,学历和工作年限等等。在本篇文章中,会从三个层面着手来减轻公职人员的倦怠水平:个人层面,组织层面和社会层面,并希望能够找到干预公职人员倦怠的可能对策。
[Abstract]:Township public officials play an important role in the construction of grass-roots political power in rural areas. However, in society, the academic field pays little attention to the mental state and working state of the grass-roots workers. According to the survey, public officials are the high-risk group of job burnout, and often one of them produces burnout psychology to the profession, then this chain reaction will not only lead to the physical and mental health of the individual being hurt. It is also possible to directly lead to its overall, and even social disharmony. Therefore, it is very urgent to study the phenomenon of professional tiredness of public officials and the causes of this situation. It is also necessary to prevent and guide this burnout state. This paper makes a survey on the current situation of job burnout of civil servants in Tianjiazhen, and puts forward their own views based on the analysis of existing studies. The investigation scope set by the author is Tianjia Town, Dawa County, Liaoning Province. First-hand data are obtained by using the MBI Job Burnout scale, which is commonly used at home and abroad, to design a questionnaire on job burnout of public servants in Tianjia Town. At the same time, in order to deeply understand the current situation and reasons of job burnout, 20 representative public officials at different levels were selected to conduct open interviews, which is convenient for qualitative analysis. In this paper, a total of 265 valid questionnaires were obtained through a questionnaire survey of 373 public officials in the whole town, using a full sample test. By statistical analysis of 265 questionnaires, the following conclusions are drawn: 80.4% of the 265 valid questionnaires in Tianjia Town are at the level of job burnout. Among them, 60.4% showed that public officials were at moderate level of job burnout, 20% showed that public officials were at high level of burnout, and only 19.6% of public officials did not suffer from burnout or were at a lower level of burnout. Of course, there are many factors that affect job burnout, such as age, marital status, education and length of work. In this paper, we will reduce the level of burnout of public officials from three levels: individual level, organizational level and social level, and hope to find the possible countermeasures to interfere with the burnout of public officials.
