【摘要】：正为完善公务员职位分类,建设高素质、专业化的公务员队伍,国家于2016年7月印发《专业技术类公务员管理规定(试行)》(以下简称《规定》),初步构建了符合专业技术类公务员特点的管理制度,在我国公务员分类管理改革进程中迈出重要一步。专业技术类公务员,是指专门从事专业技术工作,为机关履行职责提供技术支持和保障的公务员,其职责具有强技术性、低替代性特点。2006年颁布的《中华人民共和国公务员法》
