如何增强基层公务员的幸福感

【摘要】：基层公务员群体的幸福感不足会影响到工作积极性和服务质量,影响到各项改革措施的具体落实。提升基层公务员心理资本,增强其主观幸福感,保证其心理健康水平,提高工作效率,对于促进政府成功转型为服务型政府具有非常重要的意义。
[Abstract]:The lack of happiness of grass-roots civil servants will affect the work enthusiasm and service quality, and affect the concrete implementation of various reform measures. It is of great significance to improve the psychological capital of grass-roots civil servants, enhance their subjective well-being, ensure their mental health level, and improve their working efficiency. It is of great significance to promote the successful transformation of the government into a service-oriented government.
