空间正义视角下的城市治理

【摘要】：城市化发展中出现的诸多问题要求引入空间正义视角来完善城市治理。空间正义在价值层面上强调城市空间的多元性和差异性,在城市空间的生产和分配过程中要求城市治理决策和分配机制的合理性和公正性,在城市空间利益和资源的分配结果上要求公平性。良好的城市治理法律制度是实现空间正义的重要途径。我国当前的城市治理法律制度在空间正义的供给上存在缺失,应当从治理目标、治理结构、治理程序和空间矛盾协调制度上进行转变。
[Abstract]:Many problems in the development of urbanization require the introduction of spatial justice perspective to improve urban governance. Spatial justice emphasizes the diversity and difference of urban space at the level of value, and demands the rationality and fairness of urban governance decision-making and distribution mechanism in the process of production and distribution of urban space. Fairness is required in the distribution of urban spatial benefits and resources. A good legal system of urban governance is an important way to realize spatial justice. The current legal system of urban governance in China is deficient in the supply of spatial justice, and it should be transformed from the aspects of governance objective, governance structure, governance procedure and coordination system of space contradiction.
