【摘要】：正三江源自然保护区,是世界著名江河“长江、黄河、澜沧江”的源头汇水区。这里是我国最大的自然保护区,被誉为“中华水塔”和“地球之肾”。为保护三江源区生态环境和减小对三条河流流域的生态威胁,我国于2004年投资75亿元,实施国家标志性工程“青海三江源自然保护区生态保护和建设总体规划”,三江源生态移民遂应运而生。杜发春教授2014年在中国社会科学出版社出版的《三江源生态移民研究》一书,是国内第一部关注和研究三江源生态移民的学术专
[Abstract]:Three River Source Nature Reserve, is the world-famous river "Yangtze River, Yellow River, Lancang River" the source of the catchment area. This is China's largest nature reserve, known as the "Chinese Water Tower" and "the Kidney of the Earth." In order to protect the ecological environment and reduce the ecological threat to the three river basins, China invested 7.5 billion yuan in 2004 to implement the National signature Project "General Plan for Ecological Conservation and Construction of Qinghai Sanjiangyuan Nature Reserve". Three rivers source ecological migration came into being. Professor du Fachun, published in 2014 in China Social Science Publishing House, "the Research on Ecological Migration of Sanjiangyuan", is the first academic institute in China to pay attention to and study the ecological migration of Sanjiangyuan.
