社会治理创新实践中政务微信应对舆情危机的策略研究

【摘要】:自2011年起,微信经过6年的快速发展已经成为重要社交工具,各级政府也注意到政务微信对于政府信息公开、回应群众关切、政民互动具有重要作用。特别是在处置公共舆论事件中,政府能够利用微信的独特优势,如通过及时传播官方声音、高效率采取应急管理等措施,有效地消除矛盾与误解,引导舆论向积极方向发展,政务微信由此产生。但同时,政务微信在处置公共舆论问题上也存在一系列挑战,仍须深入的学理探讨与实践探索。
[Abstract]:Since 2011, WeChat has become an important social tool after six years of rapid development. Governments at all levels have also noted that government WeChat plays an important role in government information disclosure, responding to public concerns, and interaction between government and the people. Especially in dealing with public opinion events, the government can make use of the unique advantages of WeChat, such as timely dissemination of official voice, efficient emergency management and other measures to effectively eliminate contradictions and misunderstandings, guide public opinion to a positive direction, resulting in the emergence of government WeChat. But at the same time, government WeChat also has a series of challenges in dealing with the issue of public opinion, which still needs to be discussed in depth and explored in practice.
